Creative Writing

The way you tell your story can make all the difference.

  • FLAME: A Writer's Workshop

Join Sarah Ryan and other writers and makers on an exploration of the creative process. Writers with any level of experience are invited to explore the relationship between inspiration, fascination, obsession, and creation.

In this four-week workshop, (iteration II) we’ll use prompts, activities, discussion, meditation, and laughter to stretch our creative potential and explore craft. There’ll be time to write, to read, and to share in a collaborative space.

Gumption is required, experience is not.
All adult artists, creatives, makers, and the curious are welcome!
Participation in the prior workshop (SPARK) is not required.

  • 'The Artist's Way: Cultivating Creativity Under the Big Sky'

Based on the international best-selling book, The Artist’s Way (by Julia Cameron), you’ll be guided through a 12-week exploration into unleashing your unique creative flow. Class size is limited to help us establish a trusting circle of inspiration and support, so sign up today!

  • The Artist's Editor - Asa Thomas Metcalfe

Asa Thomas Metcalfe wants to lend Omertà Artists a hand with their written work.

He has years of experience assisting artists with cover letters, resumes and project proposals with a working knowledge of how to discuss art technique, theory and history to help them clearly communicate their mission statements and project goals. He often helps them attain the grant or opportunity they are after.
